About Daniel White

 

Daniel White is a professional musician who has composed for Theatre, Film and Audio projects. Utilising the mighty software of East West Sounds and Spitfire Audio he can produce a wide range of soundtracking solutions that will perfectly fit your individual requirements. Coming from a Christian family that is also very musical, Daniel learnt to play piano and keyboards at a very young age and he also developed his ability to play by ear as well as reading music. When this is accompanied by a passionate appreciation of film scoring and how integral this is to a film, working with Daniel is an unforgettable experience.

Daniel gave his life to Jesus aged 16 and has been a regular committed member of many churches over the years. His belief that Jesus Christ must be central to all we do is born out of experience and his battle with alcohol addiction. Daniel believes that our God doesn't just want the best of us but requires all of our experiences, passions and weaknesses. He has discovered that only when we kneel at the foot of the cross and surrender our own plans to the control of God can we experience the joy that passes understanding. 

Using the moments of his life that are painful as well as those that are joyful to colour composition has led to Daniel discovering that film music can be an incredible way to connect with audiences. Daniel is excited that Broken Chains Music demonstrates his love of Jesus and his desire to work with creatives that share his faith. He looks forward to collaborating with many people who believe, as he does, that there is no substitution to score that is composed exclusively for a project. 

Daniel wants Jesus to be at the centre of everything he does and that now includes his work with scoring.
